Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a cutting-edge isolation disconnect switch crafted for excellence in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Expertly designed to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with the utmost precision, this switch ensures seamless operation even when voltage is present.
Our switch is engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, celebrated for its simplistic yet robust structure, unmatched cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly design. With rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, each switch is composed of a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The gate knife mechanism, featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs, guarantees optimal contact pressure through easy spring height adjustments. Operate the switch effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, enhanced with a secure self-locking device for peace of mind.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Not to exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Wind Speed: Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site must avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED, A NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY IS ADVISED.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual check of the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle for optimal performance.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any part damage, focusing particularly on any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
