(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to safely open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without interrupting the load, even when voltage is present. Designed with precision and reliability in mind, this switch ensures seamless energy flow management in your high-voltage applications.
The switch is perfectly suited for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting remarkable characteristics such as a straightforward structure, outstanding cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, versatility is assured. Each switch is meticulously composed of a durable base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates the effortless opening and closing of circuits, with each gate knife phase comprised of two conductive blades supported by external compression springs. These springs' heights can be adjusted to achieve the necessary contact pressure, ensuring optimal performance. An insulated hook stick is utilized for smooth opening and closing operations, and the switch features a reliable self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, with the installation site ideally chosen to avoid frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation location should be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could drastically affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSION WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct comprehensive inspections of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Carefully inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any potential damage or cracks early.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition for reliable performance.
