The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at maneuvering single-phase or three-phase circuits, seamlessly opening and closing them without load while voltage is present, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
This exceptional switch is tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that is both economically advantageous and user-friendly. Offering a versatile range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are constructed with an efficient assembly of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit's connectivity is managed through an innovative gate knife structure, comprising two conductive blades per phase, paired with external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Operational efficiency is ensured through the use of an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Optimal Working Environment:
Positioned at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed for ambient temperatures: peaking at +40°C and dropping no lower than -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees, with installation sites ideally free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive media that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual Maintenance Checklist for Optimal Performance:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain pristine condition.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of all conductive parts maintain optimal condition.
