Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a premium solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Engineered for excellence, it is tailored for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even with voltage present.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, standing out for its straightforward structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With a selection of rated currents at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it includes a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. The spring height is adjustable, ensuring optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operable with an insulated hook stick, it boasts a self-locking device for dependable action.
Working Environment:
Optimized for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature suitability: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; installation should avoid frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL WORKING CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Assess all components for any potential damage, with particular focus on detecting cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure flawless operation.
