The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while voltage is present.
Specifically crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch is distinguished by its simplistic design, economic feasibility, and user-friendly nature. Available in robust rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Using a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase incorporates a dual-set conductive blade design with external compression springs, which are expertly adjustable in height to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, it boasts a reliable self-locking mechanism for safety and efficiency.
Working Environment:
Installation altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not descending below -30°C;
Designed for outdoor wind conditions with speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installations should avoid locations with frequent severe vibrations.
The site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE OUTLINED PARAMETERS, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADAPTIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct thorough inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Examine all components for potential damage, focusing especially on ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle remains intact and crack-free.
Confirm the contact surface of the conductive part maintains its integrity and effectiveness.
