(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for utilization on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence without imposing a load.
The switch, specifically designed for single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, boasts a straightforward architecture that is both economically advantageous and user-friendly. It is available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises essential components such as a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The operation is facilitated by a gate knife structure, ensuring seamless circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on either side. To achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife, one can adjust the spring height. The switch operation is performed using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing maneuvers, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should remain within the range: a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity must not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity should not be greater than 8 degrees; the chosen installation site must avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive substances that may critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually, conduct a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the conductive part's contact surface remains in excellent condition.
