(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also acclaimed as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to flawlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence.
The switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. It offers a broad range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, the mechanism ensures precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height allows for the perfect contact pressure needed for the switch's gate knife. Operators can easily open and close the switch using an insulated hook stick, complete with a self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Enjoy optimal performance at ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual routine check of the following switch components:
Efficiently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface.
Carefully examine all components for any damage, with particular attention to identifying cracks or damage in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in excellent condition.
