The remarkable (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling voltage with ease while eliminating load.
Ingeniously designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet robust structure that ensures both cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. Available in a range of rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-each switch is composed of an intricate assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure, pivotal for circuit operations, features dual conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on either side. These springs, adjustable in height, deliver the requisite contact pressure for optimal performance. The switch employs an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, further enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed an impressive 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature range is carefully set, with a maximum cap of +40°C and a chilling minimum of -30°C;
The outdoor environment should maintain a wind speed not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic activity must not exceed 8 degrees, ensuring the installation site remains free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THE ABOVE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to meticulously verify the following components of the switch:
Efficiently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Carefully inspect all components for any damage, giving special consideration to checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Diligently assess whether the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
