It ensures the highest level of safety and reliability by functioning without any load presence, even under voltage conditions.

This switch is a triumph of innovation, tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It boasts a simple yet rugged structure, offering unmatched cost-effectiveness and ease of use. Versatile and adaptable, it supports rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a robust base, sturdy post insulators, premium conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section, it features an ingenious gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, with external compression springs ensuring perfect contact pressure, easily adjustable via spring height. Operating this switch is a breeze with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking device for enhanced safety.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure superior performance by thoroughly cleaning dust and dirt from all components. Clean the insulating porcelain bottle's surface meticulously to maintain its integrity.
2. Diligently scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee optimal electrical connectivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact surfaces for seamless operation.
4. Inspect the contact surface attentively. Adjust the compression spring height to align the contact pressure with the specifications in Table II.
5. This switch is expertly engineered for hoisting applications, designed to work in perfect harmony with transformers on the line.
6. The switch supports rated currents of 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, maintain this configuration for optimal stability.

Ensure durability through annual inspections of the following components:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain its functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage. Give special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.

Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition for efficient operation.
