The (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without engaging the load, while voltage remains present, ensuring reliability and safety.
Tailored for single-phase integration in three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly nature. It is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a robust mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operation, each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, supplemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting spring height, ideal contact pressure for the gate knife is attained. The switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for elevations not surpassing 1000 meters;
Operating efficiently in ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Constructed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual routine check on the following switch components:
Efficiently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Diligently inspect all components for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Validate that the contact surface of the conductive component is in optimal condition.
