The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, offering superior performance when voltage is present but the load is absent.
Crafted for single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, this switch is acclaimed for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, each switch embodies a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The sophisticated gate knife structure is essential for circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades paired with external compression springs on either side. Spring height adjustments ensure optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. An insulated hook stick simplifies operational actions, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for assured safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Safely operational at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature Range: Ambient temperature should range between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring optimal functionality.
Wind Resistance: Efficiently withstands outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic Tolerance: Capable of enduring seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees. The installation site must be free from frequent and severe vibrations.
Environmental Conditions: The installation area should remain devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums to prevent any adverse effects on the switch's insulation and conductivity.

FOR CONDITIONS THAT EXCEED NORMAL USAGE PARAMETERS, WE ENCOURAGE USERS TO ENGAGE IN CONSULTATION WITH OUR COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection for the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition to sustain efficient electrical transmission.
