Introducing the exceptional (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Crafted for efficiency, it is designed to operate seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This masterfully engineered switch excels in opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without engaging a load, while voltage is present, ensuring reliable performance.
Engineered for precision, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure. It stands out for its cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. With a range of available rated currents from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches comprise a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit operation, featuring two conductive blades per phase with robust external compression springs. Adjusting the spring height allows for optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick provides safe operation for opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures up to a maximum of +40°C or a minimum of -30°C;
Operational efficiency remains unaffected by outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in locations without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that might adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checklist for the switch includes:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to ensure optimal functioning.
Carefully inspect all components for potential damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottles for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain their integrity and functionality.
