(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is engineered to effortlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, even when voltage is present but without load. This makes it indispensable for efficient, safe power management.
Crafted for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, making it both cost-effective and user-friendly. Its availability in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps ensures versatility for various applications. The switch comprises a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, all designed for efficiency. The gate knife structure facilitates seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the correct contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife, ensuring optimal performance. For operational ease, it employs an insulated hook stick for the opening and closing actions, along with a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ideal ambient temperature: should not rise above +40°C or fall below -30°C;
Tolerates outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not beyond 8 degrees; the installation environment should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Schedule an annual inspection to ensure optimal performance:
Remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain maximum efficiency.
Check all components thoroughly for damage, with particular emphasis on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive components maintains optimal integrity.
