(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling the voltage with precision while maintaining no load.
This switch is engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, showcasing a straightforward design, economical operation, and user-friendly features. The available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps ensure versatile application. Each switch is composed of a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure is key for circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs. These springs, when adjusted, ensure optimal contact pressure. Utilizing an insulated hook stick for operation, the switch is equipped with a self-locking device for security.
Working Environment:
Ensure operation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Maintain ambient temperature with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
The outdoor wind speed must remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; installation sites must remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak functionality.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the integrity and absence of cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the conductive part's contact surface is in optimal condition.
