The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for seamless function on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while voltage is present, providing unparalleled reliability and performance.
Specifically crafted for single-phase in three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward design, offering both cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a robust assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures efficient circuit management, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs. The height of these springs can be adjusted to deliver the requisite contact pressure, ensuring optimal performance of the switch's gate knife. Operable with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, the switch is equipped with a self-locking device to enhance safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built for seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability even in less stable installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch’s insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STANDARD CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct routine checks on the following switch components:
Regularly remove dirt from conductive components, contact points, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any cracks or impairments.
Ensure the contact surface of each conductive part maintains optimal condition for seamless electrical flow.
