(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also hailed as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's engineered to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, without load, ensuring reliable performance.
This switch is purpose-built for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and is celebrated for its straightforward, cost-efficient design that promotes ease of use. It supports diverse rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust construction includes a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical assembly, employing a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. Adjusting spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's operation. An insulated hook stick facilitates operational actions, enhanced by a self-locking feature for added security.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Operates efficiently within ambient temperatures ranging from a scorching +40°C to a chilly -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation area must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulating and conductive properties.
Note:
IF THE NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual assessment of the following switch components to ensure consistent performance:
Carefully remove dirt and contaminants from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to preserve functionality.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, focusing specifically on the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or fractures.
Ensure the conductive parts maintain a good contact surface for optimal electrical performance.
