(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, stands as a pinnacle of engineering for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is expertly crafted to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load while maintaining voltage presence, ensuring reliability and safety in your power networks.
Engineered with simplicity and functionality in mind, this switch is ideal for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems. It boasts a straightforward structure, making it both economical and user-friendly. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to a robust 1250 amps, these switches include a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless opening and closing of circuits. Each gate knife phase is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife, while an insulated hook stick enables effortless operation. The inclusion of a self-locking device enhances operational security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum as low as -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity up to 8 degrees is permissible, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that can seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Annual maintenance checklist for the switch:
Thoroughly remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle exterior to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection for damage across all parts, placing special emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain excellent condition for reliable operation.
