Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This robust and reliable switch is expertly crafted for seamless use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while the voltage is present. Ideal for outdoor high voltage applications, this switch offers unparalleled performance and safety.
Perfectly tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple, yet highly effective design that ensures cost-efficiency and ease of use. It is available in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to a diverse range of requirements. The switch's structure includes a base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife design efficiently manages circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife featuring two conductive blades supported by external compression springs on both sides. Adjust the spring height to achieve the optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. The switch is operable using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to operate under outdoor wind conditions up to 35 meters/second;
Resilient against seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally installed in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation locations should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other harmful or corrosive mediums that could undermine the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check-up on the following switch components to ensure continued performance:
Regularly remove debris from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior for optimal function.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular emphasis on ensuring the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the quality and reliability of the conductive part's contact surface to maintain excellent performance.
