This device excels at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load yet with voltage present, ensuring operational reliability and safety.
This switch is specially crafted for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward architecture, impressive cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers an array of rated current options: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The robust design includes a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical assembly. Employing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each gate knife phase is equipped with dual conductive blades secured by external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is ensured for the switch's gate knife. The insulated hook stick facilitates seamless operation, while a self-locking mechanism enhances safety.
Working Environment:
For optimal performance, installation should be at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
The ambient temperature must remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, ensuring robust functionality.
Outdoor wind speeds should not surpass 35 meters/second to maintain operational stability.
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the installation site must remain free from frequent severe vibrations to guarantee durability.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
