The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, stands as a pinnacle of engineering precision, crafted specifically for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch excels in seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits where the load is absent but voltage remains present, ensuring a reliable and efficient power management solution.
Designed for single-phase utility in three-phase line systems, this switch is a paragon of simplicity and cost-efficiency, paired with user-friendliness. It comes in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its structure comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. The gate knife mechanism, featuring dual conductive blades per phase with external compression springs, facilitates effective circuit operations. Adjusting these springs' height ensures optimal contact pressure, while an insulated hook stick enables safe operation, complemented by a self-locking mechanism for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
The operational altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed must not exceed 35 meters/second;
Installations should withstand a seismic intensity of up to 8 degrees without succumbing to frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity capabilities.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ADVISED TO ENTER NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection on the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular emphasis on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of each conductive part remains in excellent condition.
