The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on power lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV in high voltage power transmission and distribution systems. It is engineered to adeptly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits that are absent of load but present with voltage.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase deployment in three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its uncomplicated construction, affordability, and user-friendliness. The available rated currents include options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The composition includes a base, robust post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure is used to facilitate the circuit's opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is comprised of two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the ideal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operation is carried out using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, featuring an integrated self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
It is designed for locations where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperature variations, with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation site should be devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS MAY CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with a focus on identifying damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in optimal condition.
