(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted to serve on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring smooth operation without load while voltage is present.
This switch is a marvel of engineering, built for single-phase use in three-phase line systems. Its standout features include a simple yet robust structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use-available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises a sturdy base, reliable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precise mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit operations. Each gate knife phase consists of two conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. This innovative design allows adjustments to the spring height, ensuring the switch's gate knife delivers the essential contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it features a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring reliability in diverse terrains;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures: with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Can handle outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Endures seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally, the installation site should avoid frequent severe vibrations for optimal performance.
The installation site should be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums to maintain the switch's high insulation and conductivity standards.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a thorough annual inspection of the following switch parts to maintain optimal functionality:
Eliminate any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to retain high performance.
Inspect all switch components for damage, focusing especially on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle to check for any damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
