The (H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, referred to simply as the 'fuse', is expertly designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems. With a rated frequency of 50Hz and options for rated voltage ranging from 10kV to 40.5kV, it offers unparalleled reliability. Serving as a critical protective element, this fuse ensures the safety of circuits and electrical equipment by mitigating risks from overloads or short circuits. In standard operation, the fuse is tensioned and securely connected within the power line. Upon experiencing a fault in the line, the resulting fault current triggers the fuse to blow, unlocking the movable joint. This action swiftly disengages the fuse tube, effectively severing the circuit and safeguarding the maintenance of lines and equipment. For enhanced functionality, the load type fuse is equipped with an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, facilitating the controlled opening and closing of load currents within the power system.
This fuse is crafted to align with stringent technical standards, meeting criteria set by GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses, specifically Part 3: injection fuses. It also adheres to DL / T 640 - 1997 standards, which pertain to outdoor AC high voltage drop-tested fuses and fuse links, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature ranges seamlessly from -40°C to +40°C;
Maintains optimal performance with a daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%, and a monthly average capped at 90%;
Recommended for altitudes not surpassing 3000 meters;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters per second;
Installation site must be devoid of fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
