(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
Tailored for single-phase use in three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. With rated currents available at 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a solid base, robust post insulators, critical conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. A gate knife structure is masterfully employed for circuit opening and closing, where each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. Adjusting the spring height achieves the ideal contact pressure, ensuring optimal function of the switch's gate knife. The switch operation is elegantly executed using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, and is fortified with a self-locking device for added security.
