(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without interrupting the load, but with voltage present, ensuring reliability and performance.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it both economical and user-friendly. It supports a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is a composition of a robust base, sturdy post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a precise mechanical section. The unique gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs. These springs can be adjusted for optimal contact pressure, enhancing reliability. The switch is manipulated with an insulated hook stick, providing ease of control, and includes a self-locking mechanism for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform optimally at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Operational within a temperature range: maximum +40°C; minimum -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Suitable for areas with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, provided the site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD YOUR OPERATING CONDITIONS EXCEED THE NORMAL PARAMETERS LISTED, WE WELCOME NEGOTIATIONS TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of these vital switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain peak performance.
Inspect every component for potential damage, placing special emphasis on examining the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring it remains in prime condition.
