(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse, henceforth referred to as the 'fuse', is engineered for outdoor overhead distribution networks. It boasts a rated frequency of 50Hz and operates at voltages of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This fuse serves as a crucial safeguard, swiftly responding to overloads or short circuit faults within power systems. Under normal operation, it integrates seamlessly with the power line, held under tension with a secure movable joint. In the event of a fault, the resulting surge in fault current prompts the fuse to blow, releasing the joint and causing the fuse tube to disengage rapidly, thereby severing the circuit. This action ensures robust safety protection, facilitating maintenance of both line and equipment. Enhanced with an elastic contact and a custom-designed arc extinguishing cover, this advanced load-type fuse not only matches but surpasses conventional models by efficiently opening and closing load currents within the power system.

Our fuses rigorously adhere to esteemed technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 for high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997, which governs the technical conditions for outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering.

Working Environment:

Ambient temperature: Ranging from -40°C to +40°C;

Relative humidity: Daily average should not exceed 95%, while the monthly average remains below 90%;

The operational altitude is capped at 3000 meters;

Withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 34 meters per second;

Installation site: Must be free from fire or explosion hazards, devoid of chemical corrosive gases, and situated in a well-ventilated location.
