This isolation disconnect switch is meticulously engineered to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of both single-phase and three-phase circuits, all while under voltage but without load. Designed for exceptional efficiency, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Its hallmark attributes include a simple yet robust structure, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and intuitive usability. The switch's sophisticated composition includes a sturdy base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an advanced mechanical section. At the heart of its operation is a gate knife structure, ingeniously designed to manage circuit opening and closing. Each gate knife phase is fortified with two conductive blades and is enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. Users can easily tweak the spring height for optimal contact pressure, ensuring flawless switch functionality. Operated with an insulated hook stick, this switch also boasts a self-locking mechanism for added security and ease.

Working Environment:

Ideal for locations with an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;

Operates efficiently within a broad ambient temperature range, from a high of +40°C to a low of -30°C;

Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;

Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.

The installation site must be devoid of harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure to remove any dust and dirt from the switch components, and meticulously clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles for optimal performance.
2. Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure a flawless connection.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas to maintain smooth operation.
4. Inspect the contact surfaces and fine-tune the compression spring height to meet the precise contact pressure standards as detailed in Table II.
5. This switch is specifically designed for hoisting use and ensures seamless integration with transformers on the line.
6. For optimal installation, the switch is designed with a rated current capacity ranging from 200 to 400 ampere hours, using a simple three-mounting-hole configuration. For higher capacities of 600 to 1000A, a similar three-hole mounting approach is employed.

To ensure longevity and optimal performance, conduct an annual inspection on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak efficiency.

Examine all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottles, checking thoroughly for any cracks or structural damage.

Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition for continued reliability.
