(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Specifically, it serves to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while ensuring voltage presence without load, maximizing safety and performance.
Our switch is designed primarily for single-phase use within three-phase line systems and stands out for its uncomplicated structure, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse needs. The sophisticated construction consists of a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a refined gate knife structure, the switch efficiently manages circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on either side. Precision in spring height adjustment ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife's seamless operation. The switch's opening and closing are conveniently executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by an integrated self-locking device to enhance security and reliability.
Working Environment:
Installation is optimal at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: a maximum of +40°C, with a minimum threshold of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensity levels not surpassing 8 degrees, with the installation site ideally free from frequent severe vibrations.
The site of installation should remain clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulating and conductive capabilities.
Note:
WHEN STANDARD OPERATING CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ADVISED TO ENGAGE IN A DETAILED DISCUSSION WITH OUR COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular focus on the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle to detect potential damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal performance.
