Introducing the groundbreaking (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This state-of-the-art switch has been meticulously crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels in effortlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with remarkable precision. Operating efficiently without load yet in the presence of voltage, it ensures unparalleled safety and dependability, embodying the pinnacle of engineering and technology.
This switch is a masterpiece of engineering, designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. What sets it apart is its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation, making it highly user-friendly. The switch boasts versatility, accommodating rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It features a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive components, and a highly efficient mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure elevates circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife equipped with two conductive blades. External compression springs on either side ensure optimal contact pressure, adjustable via spring height modification. Operating the switch is made easy with an insulated hook stick, and it includes a convenient self-locking device to enhance security.
Working Environment:
This switch is engineered to perform flawlessly at altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring consistent operation across diverse terrains.
It withstands ambient temperatures with admirable resilience: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, maintaining performance regardless of the climate.
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, it offers robust performance in all weather conditions.
Its durable construction is designed to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, making it ideal for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, the installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE SPECIFIED NORMAL USE PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY TO DISCUSS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS FOR ANY CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure longevity and continued performance by conducting annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain optimal functionality.
Inspect all components for potential damage meticulously. Pay particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks, ensuring long-term reliability.
Confirm that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to ensure efficient operation and superior performance.
