CHBEB's innovative single-phase pole-mounted transformers, meticulously crafted by Daelim, are expertly engineered to transform utility distribution voltages ranging from 2400V to 34,500V into lower, more practical utilization voltages. These transformers adeptly reduce voltages to commercial and industrial levels such as 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V. Predominantly, they are employed to convert voltages to a single-phase 120/240V output. Additionally, they prove indispensable in small substations and various specialized applications, with the capacity to increase voltages when necessary.
CHBEB offers two variants of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the traditional conventional type and the robust Completely Self-Protected (CSP) type. These units boast power ratings reaching up to 167kVA, ensuring flexibility and reliability for diverse applications.
Key Features:
- High Efficiency: These transformers are designed to meet and exceed DOE Energy Efficiency Standards, surpassing the rigorous benchmarks set by ANSI/IEEE and CSA standards, ensuring optimal performance.
- Standard Features: The transformers are equipped with ISO 9001 quality certification. They include robust lifting lugs, arrester mounting pads, high-voltage porcelain bushings with eyebolt terminals, low-voltage bushings with eyebolt terminals, and low-voltage neutral grounding straps for enhanced functionality and ease of installation.
- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: The CSP models are fortified with an array of protective features, including primary protective links, high-efficiency surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and overload signal lights, ensuring exceptional safety and reliability.
- Durability and Safety: The transformers feature a self-venting and resealing cover assembly, guaranteeing prolonged safe and reliable operation under varied conditions, making them a durable choice for long-term utility.

- Altitude: Operational up to 1000 meters, suitable for diverse geographical locations.
