(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also elegantly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, yet without load, ensuring unparalleled reliability and safety.
The switch is expertly crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly nature. It offers rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps for versatile application. The switch's composition includes a robust base, post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure is employed for circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for efficient opening and closing, augmented by an innovative self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient Temperature: Maximum not exceeding +40°C and minimum not dropping below -30°C for reliable operation in varying climates.
Outdoor Wind Speed: Must not surpass 35 meters/second to maintain operational integrity.
Seismic Intensity: Should not exceed 8 degrees; installation sites must be free from frequent severe vibrations to safeguard the switch's performance.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Annually, it is crucial to conduct a regular inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain optimal conductivity.
Carefully examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damages and cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for reliable operation.
