(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with ease, ensuring no load is present while voltage remains engaged.
This switch is specifically crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its straightforward design, economic advantage, and user-friendly operation. Available current ratings are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. At its core, a gate knife structure ensures seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, bolstered by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife. Operated with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, the switch also features an essential self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Operating efficiently at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature resilience: maximum limits at +40°C; minimum thresholds at -30°C;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic intensity not beyond 8 degrees; a serene installation site is essential to avoid frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS ADAPTIVE SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual checks on the following switch components:
Ensure removal of all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all components for any potential damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for possible cracks or impairments.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal functionality.
