(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This versatile switch facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring continuity even when voltage is present, but without a load.
This switch is crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure that ensures cost-efficiency and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents span 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps, accommodating various demands. With a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section, each phase employs a gate knife configuration for circuit engagement. The gate knife features two conductive blades, flanked by external compression springs on each side. These springs' adjustable height ensures the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch is adeptly maneuvered using an insulated hook stick, equipped with a self-locking mechanism for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Maximum installation altitude is 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: maximum should not exceed +40°C; minimum should not dip below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds must remain at or below 35 meters/second;
Seismic activity should not surpass an intensity of 8 degrees; the installation area must be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's outer layer.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or damage.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface maintains optimal condition.
