This masterpiece is meticulously crafted for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to adeptly manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, it operates with remarkable efficiency without any load, even when voltage is present. This guarantees unparalleled safety and reliability in every operation.

This switch is a paragon of engineering excellence, crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It distinguishes itself with its simple structure, affordability, and ease of use. The switch is impressively versatile, supporting rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Its robust composition includes a solid base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure enhances circuit operations, where each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side ensure perfect contact pressure and can be adjusted by modifying the spring height. Operating the switch is effortlessly simple with the use of an insulated hook stick, and it incorporates a practical self-locking device for additional security.

Working Environment:

Expertly designed to operate flawlessly at altitudes up to 1000 meters;

Engineered to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;

Strategically crafted to perform under outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;

Built with a durable construction to withstand seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, making it ideal for installation in areas with minimal severe vibrations.

For the best performance, ensure the installation site is devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that might impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. Secure optimal performance by meticulously cleaning dust and dirt from all parts. Carefully cleanse the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to uphold its integrity.
  2. Thoroughly clean the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee excellent electrical contact.
  3. Facilitate smooth operation by applying a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
  4. Conduct a diligent inspection of the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure meets the specifications outlined in Table II.
  5. This switch is specifically engineered for hoisting applications and is designed to work seamlessly in conjunction with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch is capable of supporting a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, usually employing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the configuration remains three mounting holes to ensure optimal stability.

Ensure the switch's longevity by performing annual inspections of the following components:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Confirm that the contact surface of the conductive part is in excellent condition to ensure efficient operation.
