(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence but without load, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
This innovative switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and stands out for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. We offer a range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, to meet diverse needs. The composition includes a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. The opening and closing mechanism features a gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs strategically placed on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure is achieved for superior performance. An insulated hook stick facilitates the opening and closing operations, complemented by a self-locking device to ensure security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second.
Resilient to seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided that the installation site is free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual comprehensive inspection of these critical switch components:
Remove all accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak performance.
Check all components for damage, with particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring it's free from damage and cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition for reliable operation.
