(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, yet without load, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
This switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic structure, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates efficient circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. Operated via an insulated hook stick, it incorporates a self-locking device to secure the switch's position.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that might severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual regular inspection of the following switch components:
Eradicate dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain efficient conductivity.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular emphasis on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure uninterrupted operation.
