(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is crafted to efficiently manage the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage in presence.
This switch is masterfully designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a simplistic architecture, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It comes in various rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is an assemblage of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit engagement and disengagement, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs on both ends. The springs' height adjustments ensure optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. All operational tasks, including opening and closing, are executed using an insulated hook stick, and it is equipped with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude: The installation site should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level;
Ambient Temperature: Maximum should not surpass +40°C; Minimum should not drop below -30°C;
Wind Conditions: The outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic Considerations: The seismic intensity should remain below 8 degrees, and the installation site must not be prone to frequent or intense vibrations.
Environmental Factors: The location must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN DISCUSSIONS WITH THE COMPANY AND EXPLORE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: It is imperative to conduct the following checks on the switch components each year:
Clean all dirt and residues from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottles for fractures or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts are in excellent condition and free from any impairments.
