(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's designed to facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless operation.
This switch is engineered for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendliness. The available rated currents are 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for circuit operations, each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades with exterior compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved. The switch is actuated with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, equipped with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters.
Operates efficiently with an ambient temperature ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second.
Rated for seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas without frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections to maintain the switch's integrity:
Regularly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to ensure continued efficiency.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle to identify any cracks or damage.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive parts remains in excellent condition.
