(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is proficient at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, ensuring voltage presence.
This switch is precisely engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, renowned for its simplistic structure, affordability, and user-friendly nature. Available rated currents feature a versatile range from 200 to 1250 amps, accommodating diverse operational needs. The switch ensemble comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, high-conductivity components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. A gate knife configuration enables efficient circuit operations. The gate knife for each phase is designed with dual conductive blades, fortified with external compression springs placed on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the gate knife of the switch. The operational procedure involves an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing activities, further enhanced by a self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature with a range: maximum not surpassing +40°C; minimum not dipping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed capped at 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not surpass 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from regular severe vibrations.
The installation environment should ideally be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive agents that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity performance.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain pristine conditions.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or breakage.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface, ensuring it remains in optimal condition.
