Introducing the versatile (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also popularly known as an isolation disconnect switch. This product is meticulously engineered to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently operates without load but with voltage present, making it indispensable for modern power systems.
This remarkable switch, designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, is celebrated for its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly nature. Available in a variety of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for smooth circuit operation, each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with strategic external compression springs on both sides, ensuring optimal contact pressure through adjustable spring height. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it incorporates a fail-safe self-locking device, enhancing its safety and convenience.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes of up to 1000 meters;
Can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Built to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of withstanding seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees; ensure the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductive performance.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Diligently clean dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Carefully inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure optimal performance.
