The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power systems. It skilfully facilitates the opening and closure of single-phase or three-phase circuits in a no-load context while retaining voltage presence. Ideal for various high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch embodies reliability and efficiency.
This switch is crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase system environments, celebrated for its streamlined structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. It supports a spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's composition includes a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. It operates using an innovative gate knife design, featuring two conductive blades per phase and external compression springs to modulate contact pressure. Spring height adjustments ensure optimal contact pressure for the gate knife, while an insulated hook stick enables efficient operation. A self-locking feature enhances operational safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location must be devoid of detrimental gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulating and conductive properties.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR DISCUSSIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual checkup of the following switch components for optimal performance:
Meticulously clean all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surfaces of all conductive parts maintain their integrity and functionality.
