(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It seamlessly facilitates the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, charged with voltage but devoid of load.
Tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its straightforward structure, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly functionality. It is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical segment. Its gate knife structure is ingeniously designed for circuit operation. Each phase incorporates a gate knife with two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting these springs, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. An insulated hook stick is utilized for its operational actions, and it is equipped with a self-locking mechanism for assured security.
Working Environment:
Operates efficiently at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives within an ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees; the installation location should be free from persistent severe vibrations.
For optimal performance, the installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any explosive or corrosive substances that might compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform annual assessments of the following switch components to maintain optimal functionality:
Consistently cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain their pristine condition.
Diligently inspect all components for any potential damage, particularly focusing on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in excellent working order.
