Introducing the cutting-edge (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This state-of-the-art device is meticulously engineered for effective usage on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It excels at effortlessly opening and closing both single-phase and three-phase circuits. The switch ensures optimal safety and reliability by operating efficiently without a load but under voltage conditions.

This switch is a masterpiece of engineering, crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. Its simple structure, affordability, and ease of operation make it exceptional. The switch's versatility accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It comprises a solid base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and a proficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife design enhances circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife including two conductive blades. External compression springs on each side guarantee optimal contact pressure, adjustable via spring height changes. The switch is easily operated with an insulated hook stick and features a convenient self-locking mechanism for added security.

Working Environment:

Expertly designed for flawless performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Resilient to ambient temperatures: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;

Engineered for consistent performance under outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;

Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally suited for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

To ensure optimal performance, installation sites should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that might significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

  1. Ensure peak performance by meticulously removing dust and dirt from all parts. Clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle thoroughly to preserve its integrity.
  2. Scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw meticulously to guarantee optimal electrical contact.
  3. Ensure smooth operation by applying a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
  4. Diligently inspect the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring height to ensure the contact pressure aligns precisely with the specifications in Table II.
  5. This switch is expertly engineered exclusively for hoisting use and is designed to function harmoniously with transformers on the line.
  6. The switch supports a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the configuration remains consistent with three mounting holes for optimal stability.

Ensure durability by conducting annual inspections of the following parts:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part is in pristine condition, ensuring efficient operation.
