Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. This essential component is expertly crafted for integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, enabling the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage conditions without load.
Designed specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The available rated currents are diverse, ranging from 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, to 1250 amps. The switch's construction includes a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife structure facilitates the precise opening and closing of circuits, with each phase's gate knife comprising dual conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved, ensuring flawless performance of the switch's gate knife. Utilizing an insulated hook stick, the opening and closing operations are executed with ease, and the switch is equipped with a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Suited for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, this switch operates flawlessly within its designated range, ensuring reliable performance in diverse terrains.
The ambient temperature conditions for optimal operation are defined as a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not dipping below -30°C, catering to varying climatic conditions.
It withstands outdoor wind speeds up to a maximum of 35 meters per second, ensuring robustness and stability even in challenging weather conditions.
This switch is designed to function effectively in seismic zones with intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, as it is engineered to be resilient against frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring its longevity and reliability.
Note:
WHEN OPERATING CONDITIONS EXCEED THE PARAMETERS SPECIFIED ABOVE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH OUR COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct the following annual maintenance checks to ensure the switch's longevity and reliability:
Meticulously remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the exterior of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks that could affect performance.
Verify that the contact surface of each conductive part remains in excellent condition, ensuring seamless conductivity.
