(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly crafted to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage without carrying load, ensuring reliable performance in critical applications.
This switch is particularly designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, offering an elegant balance of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. The spring height is meticulously adjustable to secure optimal contact pressure for efficient switch operation. The switch is intuitively operated with an insulated hook stick for effortless opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device for added safety.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature must remain within a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should be maintained below 35 meters/second for optimal performance;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must remain stable, free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance checks should include the following:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Carefully examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damages or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
