This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet robust structure that offers cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it embodies versatility and adaptability for varying needs. Composed of a sturdy base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity parts, and a mechanical section, our switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for seamless circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades, further enhanced by external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, easily adjustable in height. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, it also features a secure self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Operates perfectly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters; ideal for diverse geographical settings.
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme climates.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, reflecting its robust and resilient design.
Ensures seamless performance in environments with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to uphold optimal functionality and performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with particular attention to detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle, ensuring safety and integrity.
Verify the quality of the contact surface of the conductive parts to maintain excellent electrical connectivity and reliability.
