The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, synonymous with an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing to do so without load yet with voltage present, ensuring seamless integration into your high-voltage systems.
This switch excels in single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design that epitomizes cost-effectiveness and unparalleled ease of use. The array of available rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse operational needs. Comprising a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a meticulous mechanical section, the switch leverages a gate knife structure for circuit operations. Notably, each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs, which can be finely adjusted for optimal contact pressure. Operational actions are effortlessly executed using an insulated hook stick, while a self-locking device ensures steadfast performance.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed to function at altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters, ensuring reliability and efficiency in diverse terrains.
Ambient temperature: should not exceed a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, safeguarding the switch's performance across a broad temperature spectrum.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters per second, this switch remains steadfast and unyielding.
Designed to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, the installation site should ideally be free from frequent severe vibrations to maintain operational integrity.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch parts to ensure continued reliability and safety:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain optimal performance.
Examine all components for potential damage, with special attention to inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surfaces of all conductive parts remain in excellent condition, ensuring efficient operation.
