(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is precisely engineered for robust performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without carrying a load yet operating under voltage.
This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems and is distinguished by its straightforward design, economic value, and user-friendly operation. The range of available rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These versatile switches comprise a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A gate knife structure expertly orchestrates the circuit's opening and closing. The gate knife of each phase is ingeniously designed with two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife, empowering efficient operation. The switch is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, and it incorporates a self-locking device for safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Ideally positioned at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should not rise above +40°C nor fall below -30°C;
Designed to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Intended for areas with a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductive capabilities.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure to conduct an annual check on the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to identifying damage and cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it's in pristine condition.
