Company Profile
Product Description
CHBEB's single-phase pole-mounted transformers, expertly crafted by Daelim, serve as the backbone of efficiently stepping down utility distribution voltages from an extensive range of 2400V to 34,500V to user-friendly utilization voltages. While some models are customized for commercial and industrial applications with voltages like 277V, 240/480V, 2400V, and 4800V, the bulk of our offerings focus on converting voltages to a convenient single-phase 120/240V. These adaptable transformers are essential in small substations, a multitude of applications, and even voltage step-up scenarios, ensuring a seamless flow of energy distribution.
CHBEB proudly presents two exceptional types of single-phase pole-mounted transformers: the conventional model and the cutting-edge Completely Self-Protected (CSP) version, both with power capacities reaching up to 167kVA. These transformers exemplify unmatched reliability and superior efficiency.
Key Features:
- High Efficiency: Conforms to DOE Energy Efficiency Standards and exceeds ANSI/IEEE and CSA benchmarks, setting new benchmarks in performance excellence.
- Standard Features: Features ISO 9001 quality certification, affirming adherence to the highest manufacturing standards. Includes lifting lugs, arrester mounting pads, robust high-voltage porcelain bushings with eyebolt terminals, low-voltage bushings, and essential low-voltage neutral grounding straps.
- Self-Protected (CSP) Design: CSP models are outfitted with an extensive array of protective elements, including primary protective links, surge arresters, secondary circuit breakers, emergency overload reset handles, and informative overload signal lights, all engineered to safeguard the transformer.
- Durability and Safety: Fitted with a groundbreaking self-venting and resealing cover assembly, this feature ensures the transformer's prolonged lifespan and consistent reliable operation, protecting your valuable investment.
Operating Environment:
- Ambient Temperature: Designed for optimal operation between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -15°C.
- Altitude: Engineered for peak functionality at elevations not surpassing 1000m.
- Humidity:
- Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%
- Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%
- Seismic Intensity: Constructed to endure seismic forces up to 8 degrees, ensuring robust stability and unwavering safety.
- Installation Conditions: The installation location should be devoid of fire risks, potential explosive conditions, intense vibrations, chemical exposure, and heavy pollution to ensure optimal operation.
