Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a powerhouse of design and functionality, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. Meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it seamlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, operating efficiently under voltage presence but without load.
Crafted specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet highly effective structure, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on performance. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are a symphony of precision with components including a robust base, sturdy post insulators, conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure employed for circuit operation comprises two conductive blades per phase, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height assures ideal contact pressure. Operation is easily executed with an insulated hook stick, and the switch features a sophisticated self-locking device to secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Designed for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates within ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Constructed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, and ideal for sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
Recommended installation sites should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual regular inspections of the following switch components:
Cleanse all dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulative porcelain bottle surfaces maintaining optimal performance.
Thoroughly examine all components for any signs of damage, focusing on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottles.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive components.
